This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.

Categories collected

In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (such as email and IP address) and internet activity information. We collect these to connect you with lenders and to operate the Service.

Sale or sharing

We may "share" or "sell" identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by law. You can opt out through Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Your rights

You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Submit a request through our privacy request form or email privacy@delvinunion.com.
